Can hosts remove/turn off the weapon/armor durability system?

by the end of Act2, it feels more like a punishment than an item maintenance system. the materials are hard to farm.

It's supposed to be marginal compared to the loot youve farmed.

And yes you can edit server settings.

thanks bro! i already disabled it. idk, im a casual, and would like to actually play the game. the farming for repairs feels like a chore. i have enough chores in real life

repairing isnt a chore when you just upgrade your gear before it breaks which is very easy in pve servers. Then when you reach max gear you've already pretty much cleared the game and there's "nothing else to do".
