Suggestion: Trall/servants customization

Hi all,
I just think it would be awesome to customize hair, face of servants to make them look like how we want them to look. Also i would prefer if servant would have different types of armors helping them with their traits and stuff so the mission can go better.
You could also add modifier to these armor sets that can give varied bonuses like less time taken to complete the mission, more resources gained from mission etc.
Ithere could also be servant skill tree based on their prefious work type so they can grow and help you better.
