Before gloomrot the bloodkey was at least a higher ilvl then the other high end jewelry, i just barely ever wore it because of the annoying screen effect, but the increased ilvl was handy at times.

Now the bloodkey has the same ilvl as the high end jewelry but less stats, whats the point of it now? does it still have the annoying effect?

anyone crafted it to see what happens?
