If you seen viva la dirtleague you know.
Okay but in all seriousness i fully agree with ya. This kinda thing often bugs me in these kinds of games. Sure some argue that if they were returned on use then there'd be no reason to mine quartz. Thats bs. Devs can always add and remove reasons to do things so long as it makes the game fun. Castle building is a big thing here and windows are nice to have, they could make more objects that require glass. Magic jewelry can take glass, maybe expand on that? Say you can imbue glass beads with different properties by mixing various gem dusts and bloods then put that in an amulet. Or maybe replace the castle teleporters with magic mirrors that look like normal ones, enemies invading and they pass by a clearly decorative mirror because they're getting shot at by archers and ballista and dont have time to break every little thing? The fools! now you've stepped through the mirror and are behind them. So many things could be done with glass to make quartz useful and i'm barely scratching the surface.
Edit. In regards to what they could do so you dont get a ton of refilling potions, because that would actually be OP. They could make health potions a rare thing that you dont get many of or even make it like the souls estus flask where you only get so many, and maybe they only refill after either a period of time or say you need to fill them at a blood press. For buffing potions they could make those one time use, or, you can only carry so many and need to refill them with the right ingredients. You got like 5 slots to put pouches in they could do the same for bottles. just a couple quick ideas.
Why not complain instead that they haven't explained the science behind how healing potions work? That's a bigger "flaw" in logic and requires greater suspension of disbelief then whatever happens to the glass bottles.
1-if you look at it from balance its badly implemented and already hints that as the game has more uses for glass they will be renewable, proven by the animation alone
2-its not fun and doesnt make more sense i dont even have to go over that again
3-you used irrelevant quotes and examples to make it seem like you were saying something of note when the only part of your comment with substance was the sad attempt at an insult veiled behind the rest of what you vomited out, try again next time kid
What does this even mean? You make no sense.
They are renewable. Craft more.
Whatever you have to say, just say it. You are struggling to convey a coherent thought here.
1- Game is designed for pvp, making healing/buff items hard to get makes perfect sense to incentivize you instead to play well.
2- It's not fun for you, I barely use them, and you go to quartz quarry and suddenly you can make like.... 24.
3- You use yourself as the example thinking that everyone thinks like you except me. There's like a dozen people complaining about this on 4 million sales.
Calm down buddy, I'm sure you're special to your momma, but you're not here. Sorry. ;_;
I might disagree with Ice on other things, but I gotta say, he be pretty based here, and you're completely left field.
I feel like this is a case of gitgud, unlike Hand of Gabriel earlier who genuinely feels it makes no narrative sense.
