PVP is toxic

This trash pvp needs rules, im sick of getting gangbanged 2v1 by 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ while im fighting a boss. What are you waiting for adding duels on pve servers ? Only reason im going on pvp servers is for fair pvp 1v1 not 2v1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

I mean, can probably find a community that regulates itself if you look hard enough ? I play with like... 15 people, we don't PVP, but we regulate ourselves on progression. Some have more time/will to play than others, and goal is to play together. ^^''

PvP on public servers, regardless of the game, is always toxic. That's just the reality of things. It comes down to how much toxic you're willing to deal with. For myself, I can deal with loads of it. But I don't enjoy PvP in general, so I naturally don't get exposed to it (unless a friend drags me into it briefly).

Welcome to PVP in any game on the market, ever. Random matchmaking and unfiltered public sessions are free game for everyone to team up and stomp the little guys constantly.

If you want fair fights, you need a regulated private server.

PVP is fine when it’s skill based.
But in a game like this where players can have dramatic differences in power based on their level or equipment some players will clearly have an unfair advantage or disadvantage.
Of course its pretty clear the devs were aware of this, and made PvP entirely optional.

PvP is in it's nature toxic but it adds thrill to the game.
If there is no risk, you don't feel much and game is dull, flat and boring.
If you are interested tho, we have solo/duo server where teaming is allowed too.
People are mostly friendly, not killing lower lvls etc... We had few who did but players started to hunt them. We are doing equal pvp 1vs1 or 2vs2 events bi-weekly.

I started a pvp server with 10 friends but we dont really pvp its jsut nice to have the option if we want to talk ♥♥♥♥ and fight eachother lol

This is not exactly true. Tons of games do this without turning their communities into turds but in the case of V Rising, the design of the game actively promotes it by having extreme resource scarcity and creating progression with a hundred bottle-neck points.

PvP can be toxic and not that much. If you are interested, we have full loot duo pvp with no raids where mature people are playing. Mostly they are friendly. There is PvP happening tho.
Anyways, we are hosting 1 vs 1 arena events and such. + Everyone are putting lots of effort into castle design because we have no raids. You know! People have jobs and can't defend castles all the time when there's raid time.
