i don't think the spear needs a nerf, but the way static works. It should either trigger only on M1's or they should introduce small cooldown on triggering the effect (like half a second or smth)
I have no clue how to balance ice block to be in line with other defensive abilities without making it useless. As of now it provides too much value, the shield is too big and the healing is too strong, you can't break the shield without using 1-2 of your own abilities, which is already a valuable trade and if you ignore it the person just gets immense amount of healing for free without any requirements. And it's even without considering the jewels that can substantially increase it's power/utility.
Adding TONS of more CC but you don't touch the weapon that melts people for 60% of their hp if they don't move for 0.9 seconds? Just what?
People are landing 100% arctic leap hits on enemies in air from storm counter.
Soulburn being broken but also having very buggy/funky functionality on silence trigger. If you get silenced 1 time for 3.2 sek you can lose 50-90% hp just like that.
Ice block being utter menace. Even if they fix the bug where you can charge primary with chill from it, and then frost dash and insta freeze an unchilled enemy with the help of consume chill to freeze jewel on frost dash.
And let's say youre using something like storm counter and ice block. It can be ALOT of seconds where the enemy cannot damage you or anything, and during all this time your other cooldowns are just ticking down, resulting in possible ridiculously low vulnerability windows on you. Also knows as the double defense problem which is rotating between 3 i-frames and 2 defensive spells. This is not interesting pvp.
Perfect physical static spear legendary does indeed melt people.
And let's not forget scholar with lance, hitting lance on you 2 times in a row because of lance recast aha.
A thing to keep in mind for all of this is that the devs do not pvp in this game. But if they do, it's not anywhere near high level pvp.
