I had a whole chest full of them before I quit. Only bosses after a certain level drop them after death, and it's not always guaranteed. To be honest, if you're planning on collecting them all, you can just farm some of the higher level bosses. I know whenever I got ghost crystals for example, I cleared those bosses every time so I could get the extra two nodes, and I didn't feel like running. I ended up with a lot of loot that way.
what lvl boss are you suggesting? im on jade the vampire hunter now lvl wise.
I honestly couldn't tell you otherwise. The game doesn't have a lot of content and it's hard for me to remember because I breezed through it so fast. I just finished Adam the firstborn today and quit. I had so many legendary weapons, (gold ones), that I was scrapping them at one point. I love the game, but it's so short and I feel like once you get through the grind, there's no point in grinding any more so you can craft more of the same thing. Even on DLC release, having to do the same things over again was boring, even after a year of putting the game down, just so I could play the little bit of new content they had.
It's not as exciting as they made it sound to be, it's just a few more enemy types and resources, they need to finish developing the game already, they released it way too early.
