Heal vampire horse?
How do I heal my vampire horse? Normal horses heal themselves.

I've never needed to heal it, it doesn't matter if it dies, it comes back from the dead when you summon it again using dominate mount form.

Just resummon and they'll be good as new.

You can heal any ally with blood skills, but you don't really need it with vampire horse.

Just call him he get heal went you call him

Yeah just use the summon ability. It also doubles as a refresher for the horse to recover their HP. But if you want to top them off real quick I recommend healing spells like Sanguine Coil and Ice Block.

Ice Block is a go-to favorite of mine.
