Crashing in the middle of a boss fight

I have spent the past 2 days fixing my computer for the game to run smoothly and I it finally does except that it continues to crash in the middle of EVERY boss fight, right when I get them to drop the health orbs it just crashes.

At first I thought it was just the graphics being too much or my pc overheating but I lowered everything and fixed the heating problem and it runs like a dream but the problem of crashing still persists. I do not know what to do anymore and it just stresses me out considering the progression of the game is based on defeating the bosses and upgrading gear, I can't do the latter without the former.

If there is anyway to fix this I would love to know because I really enjoy this game and this one little hiccup is making it impossible to do so.

This sounds like file corruption if you crash everytime bosses drops health orbs.
Have you verified files in steam's menu for the game ?

I tried that, I checked the files and even re downloaded the game but I'm still having problems... :/
