Unable to see Detailed Server Settings

Every time i click to see detailed info on any servers at the server browser it starts loading and keeps loading forever, this is specially bad because i cant see raid times and days, has anyone been able to fix this issue?

I also have this problem. There are a lot of servers where I can't see the settings. I also can't make it so that other players on my server can see the settings.

I didnt manage to fix it either, i appreciate ZiL for prompting himself to help but i just didnt have the willpower to follow up in private, although its not being commented much ive seen more than 50 players in different topics in reddit with the same issue, its not the kind of thing im jumping it for problem solving, a fix must come in the shape of an update by the developers

What happened to me is that I ended up in a raid every day 3 hours a day server, was too late to jump boat, got to max gear, got tired of having to stand up on raid times and then stopped playing, had i been able to see the settings id still be playing on a different server

The Player.log file and the Player-prev.log are located under the following directory;
(%localappdata%\..\LocalLow\Stunlock Studios\VRising)

Send the files to [e-mail] and include your steam nickname.

Please make sure to provide the logs that are from directly after it happens, and before restarting the game!

This automated response doesnt even make sense, theres nothing to log, it doesnt "happen", click the SERVER INFO of ANY server on the server list and it stays in LOADING forever, it has been happening for me and at least 50 other reddit users for the good part of a year, nothing was done about it.

I've been through this with support before and i just dont have it in me to do it again, this is a developer side patch fix needed not a user side fix and im done trying to solve it, i hope for your own good that you fix your game so others dont go through the same in the future, im unsubbing from the conversation because of this automated response, try to be human next time.

I apologize if my the wording of my previous message made it sound like an automated response, I assure you it wasn't one.

The reason I requested your player logs was that they are the only thing that Is able to show us what's happening 'behind the scenes' when issues arise - such as the one you've encountered, which allows us to locate the potential causes and eliminate them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This error is happening again on a server that I could access prior to Halloween. Its an official server too, and just won't or can't connect. Not problems prior to 10/30. Was there a server purge due to costs that no one was told of?

We'll gladly take a look at the potential causes of the issue, the only thing I'd like to ask you to provide the player log files;

Keep in mind that the player log files get reset after every game restart, so make sure to provide the logs that are from directly after it happens, and before restarting the game!

This is happening to me since I first installed the game (April/2024)... I can't see any Server Settings at all...
I need to choose a PvP server, but without seeing the Raid times is complicated.
