I can't find ghost shroon spores in any vendor.

Check the brighthaven vendor now and then. Sometimes you can also get it as a drop from brighthaven destructible.

Brighthaven Herb Vendor is the only one that sells them. If you Drink Worker Blood and Go foraging for Ghost Shrooms in the Forest you MIGHT get lucky and get two spores from one harvest. Pretty Rare though.

Like most other items you need in this game, they're hammered down into the ground by artificial scarcity. Your best bet of finding this is hilariously enough, not going to vendors or harvesting the plant in the wild but by smashing spider eggs in the spider cave.
