Can't Make Reinforced Planks
I may be missing something obvious, but I can't see what. I have iron ingots and wood planks, place them both in the sawmill, but nothing happens. The recipe is grayed out in the sawmill. Did I miss an unlock step somewhere?

Gotta kill the appropriate boss to unlock certain recipes. In this case, I believe it's Vincent the Frostbringer.
