How do you get Servant Coffin?

I´m playing now for roughly 5 days and I´m gear lvl 71 with nearly all of the bosses killed but I still don´t have the servant coffin in my building menu. My current quest requires me to upgrade my castle heart to lvl 2 but without the coffins it´s impossible, does someone know how you can get it? I appreciated your help.

Servant coffins aren't the upgrade material. That's the number of coffins you have access to.

Mouse over the upgrade button and it tells you what you need to upgrade the heart. Continuing the quest chain from there unlocks access to servant coffins.
