Tier 4 skill jewel?
I saw someone had this. If it possible drop from bosses and gold lock boxes or did they use admin commands?

It makes me wonder if it's not fake, given that once salvaged it gives a CRUDE gem, for a " T4 " jewel

Well I saw the jewel myself. However I see no one mention they have gotten it to drop. And I search for it and never had one drop.

It is an admin item. Private server admins, and presumably Stunlock staff, can spawn them in. It is not a normal gameplay tier for jewels. Normal gameplay for jewels stops at T3.
