Lightning Harvester bugg (solved)

Hi, cant charge depleted batteries cause I cant interact with the lightning harvesters. Matter of fact, they dont even have an hp bar or tag name above them. Is this a known bugg, or is it just my server? (I play alone, in a PvE closed server)

NEVERMIND im a dumbass I wasnt trying with the ones in the Peak, I was trying to use the ones in boss area, which arent even the same but look "similar".
