A fun question. Where do you build your first castle?

I like building it near the shady traders on the left side of the starter zone. Because a lot of enemies tend to path there and lots of infighting for materials tend to drop outside.

Does anyone else know good spots where there tends to be infights outside while you are inside your castle?

Near any Farbane cave exit.

Northwest of the bandit trapper camp.. on the road that leads to Dunley.. I like to be north and centralized.

Never used a cave once.. I play on PVE servers that allow TP with anything..

I did bottom right next to the teleporter for my first to collect myself and figure out what was going on. Then when I beat Act 1 I moved into Silverlight Hills. bottom middle of that area has a nice hill with no enemy spawns that I built a mansion on. My two bases are going to be bottom of Silverlight hills (where I currently am) and bottom right of Cursed Forest so I can build teleporters to make up for the lack of teleporters in those areas
