80/90 fps using only 50% GPU and 30% CPU?

What's the question here? Are you trying to play at 144 fps on a 1080p meme display? If so that's hilarious. ps your cpu is bottlenecking the ever living ♥♥♥♥ out of that 4070ti.

Check your nvidia control panel. Something might be enabled that is limiting the GPU.
And check your temps maybe they are overheating.
Check you windows power mode setting, make sure its not on best power efficiency.

I doubt its a cpu bottleneck.
But if you install a FPS monitoring software, check for your 1% lows. If its being bottlenecked by CPU it should show there.

Ty the reply, I run rivatuner and have monitored temps. I dont go above 55c. I dont have 1% lows enabled but will turn that on to monitor. Frames are stable it just wont go higher.

A 10600 will bottleneck a 40 series card to the tune of 30-50% dependant on configuration. There are tools readily available that will calculate this for you, you don't need to search your soul for your best hunch. As far as I'm aware there aren't any nvidia control panel toggles that will cause your gpu to leave half its performance on the floor like op is showing. That would be super funny though.

The game does indeed have a ridiculously low cpu/gpu usages and utterly craps itself near or inside well built bases. The performance is a poopshow, not to mention the devs not fixing memory leak during the 1 year content update.

This game has a memory leak throttling performance as mentioned in another thread. It doesn't matter what you do. I have a 5800x and a 3060ti (=same generation) and the GPU never gets fully utilized.

I also have the same problem with 3600x 1080ti 16gb ram game barely uses my GPU at 60-70% and after an hour or so playing it drops to 30-40% usage.
