Connection Timed Out

Hi there, I was playing the game a couple months ago and took a break. Today, I reinstalled the game and whenever I try to join a server, empty or not, it gives me the "Connection Timed Out" error.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Checked my firewall settings. Updated my drivers and all. But still I cannot join any server. If anyone else had this issue and fixed it, I would appreciate any help.
