Question about General's Soul Reaper
Did they remove it or can you still get it by killing Undead Commander?

Undead Commander is now a boss, who gives you the ability to make Reapers at all now.

There is now a whole class of "ancestral weapons" which you can make once you reach radium alloy (lvl 60). You can upgrade your weapon there to gain additional properties, like the soul reaper did.
