Low GPU/CPU usage

This game just doesn't want to utilize anything it seems. 2080ti and 12900k and they just sit there at 42% and 14%. I also just lose like half my fps over time. I start with like 100fps in my loaded base but then it drops to like 50fps over the course of a couple hours.
What is good with this game? Surely performance should be much better than this by now.

4090 TI, W11 Pro, 32 gigs of ram, OC 5ghz 9900k, 4k HDR, etc. etc. and I've noticed it as well. Lots of people talking about it in my server.

I start out with around 105 FPS max settings, and after a few hours it consistently drops to 30-45 FPS and feels rough. So far, same thing every day, every play session. It's even worse if you minimize a few times.

Definitely a memory leak of some sort. This wasn't a problem before Gloomrot personally. Anyways, lets keep letting them know so they'll fix it. Report the bug in-game when you hit Escape.

this game has ran bad for me since i bought it. Can barely get over 45-50 fps with FSR on. My spec are higher than recommended. So its definitely the game

Doesn't change the fact that my cpu and gpu sit there doing hardly anything. It's from the getgo.
