Some bosses are always easy and some will murder you in a second.
Setting then on 'default' as a single player is great if you're a dark souls enjoyer.
But if you just want to enjoy the game and feel strong? Nah, set it up higher.
Yes bosses now scale to the number of people in the area. I set my health and damage on 2 to make myself a little more powerful.
I just killed Mereditch because she ran into a bunch of undead and got a quarter of her health wiped and I jumped in to cheese her and she still almost won because she kept spawning shield adds and dashing around for invincibility frames so all my spells even if they connected wouldn't damage her
