Yep, I love the bags being added to help with inventory, but it would really help with making potions more worth taking with you more often.

Actually, it would be great if they make a lot of bags for specific things, but only allow us to carry 4 of them at the same time. As far as I know we have coin bag, plant bag, gems bag, and research bag, we could also have potion bag, shattered weapons, blood bag, creature bag, ore bag, and so on.

Let's not get ridiculous now, there has to be some sort of limitation... you can't have a bag for everything or it defeats the whole point of even doing the system in the first place, at that point you might as well just go for overall inventory expansion. Potions however... as another subcategory makes complete sense given the vast variety of them and it's not too far fetched even from an aesthetics appeal when you break it down. Having a bag for things like herbs. coins, papers.... just makes sense and is something someone might actually carry in a little satchel/pouch on their hip... which is why potions fit that degree because you think of something like a mages "potion pouch". Once you start getting into pouches for stuff like weapons and raw ores it makes much less sense as opposed to having an overall better way of transporting those items (as is handled by just carrying them in your main inventory).

Yes, if we have a specific bag for everything it kills the purpose of the bag, which would be the same as overall extra inventory, you are completely right about that. But why plants, coins, research, and gems? And why to add potions if you can only use one potion at a time?

The only bag that I can see a good reason for existing is the coin because you can avoid the silver disease completely while inside the bag, this bag have a mechanic changing system around it.

Plants bag make no sense to me, plants and seeds are just materials, similar to wood and stone, so why not a stone, wood, ore, and everything material bag? If you think about size in real life you could tell me about real life vampires and magic as well.

A blood bag would be unfair, to be honest, because we could walk around with hearts just to make sure we won't stay out of blood at some point, even if the blood type is frail, it's better have frail blood than no blood...

But a potion bag would be COMPLETELY UNBALANCED unless you remove the blood type potions. If you remove the blood type potions, a potion bag won't make sense because you can use only one potion at a time... Allowing blood type potions would be unbalance because it kills completely the purpose of sucking enemies, you are removing a mechanic from the game.

A bag carry items that's all, you need to move the item (like seed or potion) in your active item bar to use them. Thus the bag for potions is useless since you'd have to make the switch during a fight. Though i recognise the appeal.

what about a bag for bags while at it?

The idea behind those bags, in my point of view, is to change a mechanic. If you simply add extra slots make no sense to make extra slots for specific items that changes nothing compared to put the same items in your main inventory.

How about a Cursed Bag? When you put a cursed item inside of it, it nullifies the cursed effect, it would be great to carry silver coin, silver ore, silver bar, garlic, any item that could give you a negative effect just for carrying. Let's say in the future they add an ore that blinds you while you are carry, or a "sunstone" that damages you overtime while carrying, this bag would nullify the effect.

How about a Teleport Bag? When you put an item that you can't teleport in this bag, suddenly you can. It's simple as that, a bag that allows you to teleport with items that shouldn't be teleportable.

Those bags would change a mechanic, because if the bag doesn't change a mechanic, why gems? Why plants? Why potions? Why seeds? What's the difference between carrying a seed in your main inventory from a seed in your seed bag? And how it's different from, literally, every single type of item in the game?

If the reason for seed is because it's small, or because we have that in real life, or because it make sense, then why can't I carry every single other item in the game that fits the same narrative? Like stones, we have a gem bag but not a stone bag? Why not a fish bag or bone bag?
