Reroll values

Hi,
Can't figure out by myslelf, but is there any way to reroll numeric values on unique weapons (orange lvl 27)? If we press ALT it shows possible stat rolls, and if there is no way to reroll it, what is the point of showing possible roll? Just for info?

Just means that if you drop another one, X stat could potentially be higher than the one you have. They aren't unique weapons. Element of the attack can change, just like it can be movement speed, physical/spell power/resistance, harvesting, stuff like that.
