Power and resource Multiplier's, how do they work together?

So i wanted to make a server and change the server settings, while most are pretty straightforward and easy to understand the times they appear confuses me a little.
I mean, even the info screens are identical.

while i understand the increase physical/spell power, i do wonder how these settings work together, because there are two of them. One in the vampire menu and one in the equipment menu.
And wile you could say that one is for total and one is for equipment, the difference is almost nothing because most of the increase is from equipment anyway.

Same with the resource multiplier, of which you have 3 in different parts.
1-Items- for loot,material and blood essence separately
2-vampire- resource power multiplier
3-equipment- full resource multiplier

So how do they work, or what numbers do they alter? does it work like 3x+3x=6x or does it work 3x+3x=9x or do they work in a completely different way together?

I can't seem to find any info on this ether in game or online, does anyone know?
