Can you still Land on Enemy Territory with it ? Or did they change that in this Update?

This is false. Or you don't understand what territory means now.

Now you can't even land in empty space with no foundations, even if all they have is 1 heart and nothing else.

Indeed he clearly doesn't.
Back when the Game first came out you could Bat Form into Open spaces on Enemy Castles. Even on Stairs that had no Roofs.
Now with the new Territories (Since it seems like as soon as ur lvl 1 Heart is on a Building Spot, you get the whole Plot marked on the Map too) I wondered if thats still the Case.

So according to you this is not possible anymore then yea?
