Can't use Founder's Pack Stygian skins

Before the update the form change wheel would have 2 options for wolf, one for normal and one for the Stygian skin. However, even though I have the founder's pack, I no longer have access to the other skins. Is there anything I have to do on my end to activate them because I have seen other people in the server run around using them.

You just need to go into the Blood Powers and add them to your wheel.
