Not sure how that would even work in this game. Seems like you would be at a disadvantage using those controls in PvE and especially PvP.

I want a proper official Joypad layout. My eyesight is not great trying to see the keys and wearing your reading glasses perched on the end of your nose whilst wearing a headset is extremely uncomfortable. If CIV 6 can work on a pad I am pretty sure the developers could make it work for this game :)

I wish for this as well. If they really want to move the game to steam deck they will do this.
