Character Starting Level
I created a new locally hosted game and upon leaving my coffin for the first time, I start at Gs 41.

My settings for the new instance were untouched for levels, just small modifications to global properties. I left 'starting gear' and 'starting resources' as 'NONE', but still starting at 41.

Anyone else had this?
