Possible to join/form a group?
I know you can create and join clans and start a new game but is it possible join a group at any point in the game? For instance to defeat a boss? Or for that matter is it possible to join a clan after you are many hours into the game with your original solo character?

Clans can be created and invited to at any time in the game.

Not sure about PvP servers, but anyone can just run up and help fight a boss whenever they want.
