Hi there! I tried using ngrok but when I type in "ngrok.exe tcp 9876" the program closes :/
that is not correct way to start a tunnel i suggest you read the support documentation
https://ngrok.com/docs/getting-started/
should be
ngrok local ip address tcp 9876
then add your public ip and port in game for anyone to join
Uhm I managed to make ngrok work but now there is another problem!
it seems that the game doesn't allow to introduce letters in "Direct IP connection"
thats coz your local ip address is not letters its numbers and public

I started ngrok, wrote "ngrok tcp 9876" the program started, opened the server, wrote my local IP address in game and could join but then when I give my public IP to a friend he wasn't able to join the server
thats coz you didnt include your local ip when starting ngrok
