Tips on finding 100% worker blood?
What are some spots you guys go to, to find worker blood? I know that Dunley Farmland is filled with workers but not sure if there's any other spots besides that.

Brighthaven has higher average on % quality, but is more dangerous (and you need to act fast since those aimbot soldiers can kill your captive). That said you can still try your luck in Farbane or Dunley.

You can try your luck with the captives in some of the Farbane camps, who are all workers. Otherwise it's all luck.
