Also, since there's no sort of skill balancing, you're going to get total newbies getting roflstomped by veterans, and situations like you've described, where whoever wins the rush to get the best gear will most likely be able to keep everybody else from reaching their level.
Without a substantial stock pile of golems defenders can just focus those that are being summoned and there is virtually no way for attackers to protect them as you can just gradually poke them with no repercussions. I've seen people in a duo defend against 2 clans of teamers that dropped 2 golems simultaneously and those golems still got destroyed before being summoned. And it was with 0 servants on the side of the defenders.
All of this becomes even worse for attackers if we take servants into account because if you create a defense with servants behind your front door you can release them at any point in the open space where they are gonna be incredibly difficult to kill since you are not gonna be able to conveniently line them up to use croak ult to one shot them, while providing immense amount of support and damage for the defenders.
Raiding requires a complete rework. Raising the price of a golem doesn't solve anything but actually makes situation even worse as raiding is already pretty much impossible against somewhat competent players.
