Brighthaven Docks Mission

Has anyone else experienced a SUPER fun effect of a follower dying on Brighthaven Docks 100% of the time, despite having a 100% Success Chance? I have sent three different followers on that mission a total of 9 times, all with a 100% success chance and 15% chance of injury, and all 9 times resulted in the death of the follower. Today, I had two followers die on separate missions, again both with 100%/15% chances on the 23 hour timer, and both were the fishing missions. With the scarcity of Rainbow and Sage fish already, this is wickedly frustrating.

For information, I am on a dedicated server, with a total of three players, and we're all in the same clan. Logs show no other access, and the other two players haven't been on in over two weeks at this point. Not sure if this is a bug, or I legitimately just have THE worst luck ever, but I thought I would poll the rest of you!

Check your hunting power, 100% is a visual bug, if your hunting power is not enough it will always die.
