unban command does not work

I'm trying to unban someone from a private server, but it is not working, I tried the command lines in the terminal followed by steam64 ID but it gives an error. I created a new server and he still cant join a new server. is there a way to unban?

I had the same problem. I figured it out. You don't do the steam id. you do whatever number they are associated with.

When you ban someone they are labelled 0, then 1, 2,3,4,5
So instead of doing Unban <steamid> you do Unban 0

Assuming your friend is the only person you've back you should type Unban 0
