If you want offline solution I think there is a way to move users folder to another drive. Try googling that. But it might be tricky/dangerous... dont blindly follow first guide found.
Otherwise try googling "junctions". Its a way to create a shortcut from one folder to another, so that the game will think the saves are on main disk, while its accessing somewhere else. I've been using that to save replays for some games that take probably a terrabyte at this point.
