Jumping fences / hills

Please give us the ability to jump back the hill you just jumped off....I mean, you can jump down but you cant jump back up again.
Also those fences around farms and other low obstacles we should be able to go over them and not have not find a way around.

Frog form and jumping off a horse reach the same locations. So jumping up one level or over a fence is possible.

If you place the horse just right, and you jump off you could get over the cliff, is what i think hes getting at.

Yup, Jumping off a horse can get you on to low ledges or over fences.
