They should add some content where if you are too slow in killing her.
Her grandson comes in at skull level. He will revive Beatrice "Arise my Granny!". You will have to fight the two of them together. If you run away then her grandson will hunt you down. Every time you are low hp, he will gank you out of nowhere.

This "boss" fight was terrible.

Nothing sayings you're playing a super-human vampire quite like being outran by an obese elderly woman, who, as soon as she hits an arbitrary distance from spawn, becomes invulnerable and regains all her health. Oh and bonus points if other bosses randomly stroll through and cause you to retreat.
