Splitting stacks. Please improve.. TY.

I mean as far as I know you can only split stacks in half?

It's funny I have played dozens of survival games and the one game that got splitting stacks right was Minecraft. You can click and drag to as many boxes as you want to split the stack evenly into, drag and click to take just one and also right click to take half a stack.

Is it really this hard to get this right? Sometimes I'm using 3 machines and want to split the resources equally, sometimes I just want 8 fiber, sometimes I want just ONE of something.

Please fix this. If a game from 11 years ago can get it right I';m sure you can figure it out.

Alternatively, one could shift-click-drag to open a little box that lets the player type the number of items to split off from the rest of the stack. This would be extremely helpful for when you need an exact amount of something from a chest to craft a thing, and you don't want to have to run back to the chest with the rest of the resource after you craft that one thing. And also any number of other things.

Pretty basic quality of life feature, hope they get around to it soon.
