Research desk has a bunch of recipes with yellow outline

What does a recipe with a yellow outline mean? It appears that I can learn the recipe though I do not know how I was able to learn it without using papers. I am playing with someone in a clan. Do we share recipes?

Recipes are shared, but you have to interact with the table and learn it first.

Thanks. So the person I play with does not have one of the recipes that I have and it doesn't appear it shows up in his table to learn. The recipe might be one that I learned by turning in 50 paper. Do those not get shared?

They are shared with clan mates. If you see it in yellow then go ahead and research it. Sometime you’ll get books from mobs. Just be mindful that you don’t use the chomper to disenchant it if you by chance do have the recipe. Research what you can and then you can disenchant the books for paper or scrolls. Once you get servants then sometimes they can bring back books for you. Just a tip fyi.

Weird, so it appears that is only working sometimes. Today, I used a book to get a recipe neither of us had. I got it, but he didn't. It doesn't show up in his research table to research. He also has a ring recipe I don't have and can't research.

they would need to go to your table to get the researches u found. guessing you have two different castles.

If your in the same clan the research table should be working for both of you unless you have two different castles. When I was in a clan everyone had access to everything that was researched.
