My fav minions are brutes cause they can reduce mission difficulty by 100 in difficulty places.
However i think your case hon its gear is too low, gear plays a huge part of minions success cause it incresses there power score witch u want to be above that area recommand power requirements Along with 1 of the perks of minions active gives bonus to there success chances you ca n still send minions on missions if they dont have matching perks but you will want a high power score above the requirements.
Along with sending out minions and setting there time 24 hours gives 20% success chance so if u got 80% from a minion this is a solution to get 100% success chance with 8 hours being neutral but incressing the chance of minions getting injuryed by 5% making it 25%.

That too! I use my villager one to hunt the cotton farms. She has a 100 minus to difficulty there because she looks human.
To add, some of my servants appear to be higher level, just because. Could be me not reading it right, but is it possible that some are just higher level inherently?
Thanks a lot for the advice so far!
This is probably down to their "Expertise" score. When you convert a dude into a servant, the game randomly assigns the servant a percentage bonus to use when calculating how much of a benefit they get from gear. The higher the blood purity of the servant when converting, the higher the range it can roll (I think it's 16-24% at 100% purity, but don't quote me on that)
AFAIK there's no way to change the expertise score once it's converted, so if a minion rolls low, it will always have a lower score with the same gear as one that rolled high.
Edit: Apparently sending a minion out on an impossible mission, thereby letting them die and then ressurecting them with blood essence will actually reroll their expertise score, so I guess you can try again if they roll badly, though probably still within the same expertise score range as determined by their blood purity.
Aha! Thanks for this, much clearer now!
Guess I better get "suiting up" those servants!
