Brighthaven Blood % Nerfed?

I realize it's random, and I could be mistaken. But when I first got to Brighthaven, I had no problem finding 100%s every few trips. I now haven't found a 100% in a week.

I used to think fish were too rare, and that it would be easier to replace prisoners than farm fish. (I also heard other players say this.) Now I think I would rather fish.

I don't mind nerfs, especially in Early Access, but I just want to know if it was nerfed or if I'm seeing luck.

You've had an upstreak. I've gone through lRL days of bad blood there and then a day when I got 3x 100% in 2 hours.
