how to give the user admin access

The last part of the video about 6:30 of the video he shows what to do .. But you have to enter admin every time you enter the game and give .. if you are looking for materials.

Burt there a ton of different video's on admin for game .. So you will have to look for what you want.
Hope you find it. And admin in this game does not work like other games, I have found out myself.

Thank you for your help and interest in my problem, but this only explains the simplest admin commands.

I'm wondering how to give a player on my server admin access without editing the Adminlist file.

I tried using setadminlevel admin, setadminlevel moderator, but the user who actually has no rights. When typing adminauth, he sees an error.
