can you have 2 castle hearts?

Depends on the server settings. I believe default is 2 hearts, and can be increased to a max of 5.

Yes, you can actually have as many or as little as the server you are playing on lets you. You should ask the server admin. Or start your own game and make it whatever number you want.

You can have 2 non connected castles each with a heart. They have to be separated by whatever minimum build distance the server is set to.

Depends on server admin. I ran a server where I allowed 2 castle hearts and it became a problem quickly since a clan ended up having castles all over the place. If you want more castle space I recommend just teaming up
