Multiple Characters on Private servers?

Hi all, After playing V Rising about 10 hours online with a friend on a official PVE server, my friend and I got annoyed how little real estate was available due to tons of other players being online, and also how other players would come by to take our loot after we had just taken out a bandit camp or boss. So to remedy the issue, I just rented my first game server with the official V Rising server company, G Portal with 10 available slots. My friend can only play during the weekend while I can play everyday. We have started characters together and he doesn't want me to level up ahead of him or play my character when he isn't playing as well. So how can I create a second solo character for myself on the server to play daily when he is not around?

If you were hosting yourself manually you could easily simply swap the saves and have 2 of them, one for you and one for your duo, but for hosting services, i have no idea.

I would really like it if characters were kept separately from servers, or if you could have multiple character slots per server.
