How to set blood type using console commands?

I rented a server and i'm trying to figure out the console command to set my blood type. Is there any way to do one of the following?

1) Set blood type and quality using console commands
2) Spawn a bottle of blood with a specific type and quality using console commands
3) Spawn a human with specific blood qualities that can be dominated and imprisoned using console commands
