the only other advice i can give is always be willing to change your build and mix and match trees to fit the fight. as well as learning all the weapons.
On your first play through they might be a challenge but once you learn the game thoroughly they are a cakewalk.
I just want to talk about the game. I critizise it because I love it. I'm not "fishing" for any "points", I'm not "whining" and how dare you to call me a "clown".
You are a mean person.
I know a friend of mine struggles with this game at times, and I think the bulk of their issues is they lack good management skills. Your dash is incredibly powerful, but if you use it for literally anything that threatens you, you will frequently find it on cooldown when you legitimately need it. The Slashers have a dash attack that you can use as a micro-dodge. You can also make use of shields and the like. One of the biggest improvements you can have is just figuring out which attacks you can reliably defeat without relying on blowing cooldowns to do so.
The best defense is always just stepping out of the way of an attack. You should never use a dash unless you're completely certain you can't just walk out of danger.
The final bosses - you pretty much NEED spell vamp (lifesteal) - the Sanguine Coil is good for this
You pretty much need Chaos Volley - it does the most consistent dps
Ultimate, Heartstrike is meta
^ You need to regularly heal yourself , if you get hit twice in a row you'll lose more maximum HP and won't be able to heal up.
I was trying to kill the bosses with non meta setups and it was very difficult - swapped to the above build and it's 1 or 2 tries and done.
Kill Solarus last , the other 2 Boss Soul shards will make him easier.
Also , ye, high end Scholar Blood is the best, but failing that, Mid tier Creature Blood for the 20% damage reduction isn't bad.
If you use the Scythe / Reaper , then the E spinning ability will benefit from Soldier Blood.
Tier 3 Soldier blood is good - you don't NEED 90/100% Scholar
xbow/reaper
Frailed blood
Ward of the damned/chaos barrier
Mirror Strike
Just end game gear no pots no special blood, no buffs, didn't grab the buffs from the other 2 soul shards.
Besides the holy pot you need to be in there of course.
I have never pulled this card before, but not everybody is as undamaged as you are.
