When he enters his spin 2 win phase, you need to make sure you have dash for it, and try to have whoever is aggro'd go behind one of the wooden fences, he will commonly get stuck there (He'll be in the arena and you'll be behind the fence), but sometimes he will come back there and fug you up.
You'll probably want a few potions, and a good blood buff too. Also note that he is harder with more players, he gets more HP and is harder to kill,. More HP=Longer fight=more bladestorms.
Get good
As for fight mechanics. The only real dangerous part is the spin and the blades he throws out while spinning. Like one player said if you see him about to spin run behind a fence. If he comes around the fence to you....dash THROUGH him. and book it to the other side of the room. This will usually eat up the skill duration. Another way to cheese this is with the slasher. If you lure him to one side o the room, dash through him and then stealth, he will sit still and spin. Enemies lose targeting on you when you stealth so they stop pursuing.
Chaos burn is also very helpful as it is a dot and will do damage continuously. The frost dash is nice as it shields you, and any shield ability can help with absorbing some hits from his spin.
Good luck, he is probably the first boss who puts up a true challenge.
As bosses get tougher with more players, make the worse of you guys wait away from him and do not bring that guy to bossfights. Let that guy collect wood or stone, if they are at least able to beat a tree.
If all this fails, uninstall, as you will not be able to beat later bosses anyway.
