There. I said it. Too much grinding when undergeared. You're always undergeared for areas you need to farm or bosses you need to kill unless somebody gifts you gear from next tier than what would be obtainable for you at that level.

I'm at 170 hours on my third server.. this game is really fun.. if you are in a clan all recipes that are unlocked are shared.. that helps A LOT.. I agree the grind can be horrible but it is so important to utilize your servants to get all those things that suck, ghost shroom, scourge stones, rainbow and sage fish etc..

I wish the time on servants was dramatically lowered. 24 hours to get something done is completely to long.

yes, and this effects how successful they are and how much you get. So effectively a shorter timer makes it not worth the effort.

If you did the math you would know 2 hours is more efficient than 23, also you can do risky missions at 100% success rate if you know how the mechanic works.

Have you done the math? A 2 hour mission can yield for example, 5-7 coarse thread where a 24 mission will yield 27-31 coarse thread. The former makes it more dangerous but you can send the servant out multiple times and achieve more than the 24 hour if you keep on the timer.

The "I can, yes." was to answer the OP's original question at the end of his post that he edited out. Which was essentially, "If there was a server wipe, or you move servers can you imagine yourself doing all of this grinding all over again."

There are lots of things that gimp the difficulty, chaos bolts go burr but for real try changing up your play style melee is a meme for bosses camp spells and kite

I literally never send mine out for 24 hours.. I guess it depends on your IRL obligations but I'm playing for like 8 hours at a time so I send them out in 2 hour shifts... then when I log for the night I MIGHT send them for 8 hours. then send them back out before work and reassign them when I get off. I'm drowning in loot.

To be fair.. I've been pacing myself.. I actually still have 6 bosses to kill I'm only doing those when my friend is online.. the rest of the time I'm farming, getting more servants and also getting them all good gear.

I have 28 coffins spread out across 4 bases.. so trying to fill those up and provide them with armor etc.. it takes time and is a HUGE grind but I like it. lol.
