Dodge needs to be better - REDUCE COOLDOWN and MAX HP Limit
I know i know...some will start saying its fine...ITS NOT
The trashy ass cooldowns that we get on DODGES are trash
Bosses can do 2-3 Abilities before our dodge is up, specially bosses 76+
One thing i honestly hate in this game is how long it takes for DODGE to come back up...
And the Double Dash, also trash, all dashes are trash...they think dash should be ur DPS...lol...u can use it as such, but its trash DPS also...
This game since it release keeps nerfing LOOT and everything, first time today we got GOLD CHAINS BUFF...OMFG thank u...instead of nerfing things for a change, they buffed something..

CURSED FOREST - Night Lurker Hits 80 HP at Gear Score 81...
They are now packs of them traveling, getting attack by 4 or 6 at a time...

They nurfed Cursed Forest containers for Ghost Yarn...
THEY also NINJA increased Difficulty of Bosses

And the fact that you cant even freaking heal ur self to max during combat...
Which i find the dumbest sht ever...its mechanic purely designed to slow peoples progress down...
There is no reason to have this...what i cant recover to 100% during battle, what kind of 3rd world sht game is this...
Yea sure, give me like 4 types of heals and then set it to impossible to heal to max if u take more then 10% damage...cause now u got this gray bar that cant be healed in combat...dumbest sht ever...jeez..
I know the game is good, but i got these 2 things that piss me the ♥♥♥ off and i wish they would change it...t

The battle mechanics comes from battlerite, battlerite is a great game, this mechanics makes all sense, so you don't kite way and heal to full, rince and repeat, it makes harder, this game is already extremely easy, i've had to make all mobs/bosses 50% + atk and hp, and increase their level, doing them solo, to feel any bit challenge, stills was extremely easy, battlerite suffered from this, cause you would take several dozens of hours, to not get beated on pvp by perfect without landing single hit on enemy while being wiped out, the skill ceiling is super high, so the casuals dropped it as they was just getting slandered non-stop, this game took battlerite combat and made it "easier" so casual arent that smacked down anymore. If you still feel its too hard the way it is, tweak the settings to make it easier, but sincerely? totally skill issue, limiting healing makes all sense, if you know theres a max u can heal, why would you let to get so down on your HP to start thinking into healing? cause you doing kite -> heal -> hit, given boss wont heal, you eventually beat anything doing that, limiting heal makes doing that a pain, which is good, as forces you to actually OUTPLAY something once and not follow baby steps, but i can see where the hate comes from.

The point is to kill the boss, not dodge around and heal until the boss dies of boredom.

you can adjust these things in server settings

There are 2 potential drain tank builds in the game, revolving around brute or scholar blood. I run around healing myself and my clan mates, and barring the endgame bosses, I generally stay topped up, even while solo. You just need to rethink your build or use your evades more wisely.

The main problem I have with the MAXHP reduction preventing full healing in combat, is its a quadruple penalty.

Youre penalised by being locked/slowed in movement. Youre penalised in DPS. Youre penalised in an inability to heal fully. You lose blood which powers spells/dodges and eventually causes death.

A better system I feel would be the Blood for Health ability still locks you in place, can heal you back to full, but has a post lock timer (ie for a second after you stop using the heal, youre still locked in place).

Or its a timed heal effect. You stand and channel for X seconds then receive a burst of health.

Just overall its a very dissatisfying heal mechanic.

A lot of times u cant dodge to heal...like BEHEMOTH, which charges u and jumps and attacks..including other bosses...and i dont mind the kite heal part...but if u take 11% damage u can only heal 10%...cause that 1% becomes Gray HP that cant be recovered and thats a problem..


PS: Every time i post here says the post is being checked, or some crap like that...anyone else get this nonesense?

MY PROBLEM EXACTLY! If this is changed, ill be ok even with dodge not being changed...I want to be able to heal to max...like specially bosses 60+ they have hits that instantly does MAX HP reduction cause they hit hard...making all healing useless...

This. You need to look for better blood options and ability sets that are more venerable to your playstyle. There are passive healing blood types and blood types that reduce cooldowns, for instance.

I feel you guys are just rushing on bosses without planning ahead, how many blood rose potions you bring to the boss? Do you combo them with the rat soup? Do you use resistance flasks based on the boss you facing? On case of behemoth, did you try to counter his dash with the skeleton spawaning shield which will spawn an skeleton and then he will face the skeleton instead of you, which gives you enough time to drink a potion and while the potion heals you, you can freely hit his back? All you said has several ways to counter measure, which is good and makes the game a bit more challenging. Besides the potion effect going off when your hit lands, all the time you casting and the projectile or whatsoever is animating/traveling, you still receiving heal ticks.

Agreed. I feel like they are rushing in without taking time to research properly and get the right blood types, as well.

And all of that is dependent on being lucky enough to get the recipe drops you want or having enough paper to burn through the discoveries you dont want.

Ive still yet to get ANY kind of drop or discovery for any potion/brew other than silver and sun.

Same with the skeleton shield.

If your suggestion to beat a game mechanic boils down to lucky drops.. its a bad mechanic.
