Not bad for PvE. I also kinda of enjoy slashers because of PvE but that build would be worthless in PvP. Also, it is very very dependent of rogue blood.
You can go Brute and swap the blood dash into Unholy dash for +25% damage and be okay with DPS and healing. Honestly, if all he does is spam the basic attack I can even see Brute being better.
Not to mention that using only Slashers is weird - E is wasted most of the time, since it can only buy time on bosses, and is mostly good when you're in 2nd phase and 1v2. In 1st and 3rd phase having Reaper on switch to cast E would add massive damage.
Spells give you incredible dps, aoe and, crtiically, sustain. Meanwhile melee is vulnerable, not that viable against many of the bosses and is less consistent overall (for example, I don't always hit with blood dash, so my sustain isn't that strong). Also, healing on kill sounds strong, right until you face a single strong enemy without adds.
